About Us
Dewin Company OÜ was incorporated at the end of 2016 as an employment agency. The company offered workforce from Ukraine for subsequent employment in the Republic of Estonia. During the first two years of business activity as a labor force intermediary, the company found employment in Estonia for 550 people. In the second half of 2018, Dewin Company OÜ changed its activity to an employee leasing company.
The company's tasks include the following:
- selection of suitable candidates, according to the client's requirements
- registration of the necessary permits for foreign employees
- accommodation of workers
- information support and consultations for the period of work of our employees in the user company.
Areas of activity:
- food and manufacturing industries
- cleaning sector
- agriculture industry
- workers in retail space and warehouses.
In 2019, a separate company Dewin Services OÜ was founded to provide cleaning services for commercial facilities. Moreover, a representative office in Latvia SIA "Recruitment Solutions" was opened in 2020.
