Dewin Company OÜ is an employee leasing company. You hire from us workers for a specified period and on agreed terms according to a personnel lease agreement. The employees will work under your control and guidance but will have labor relations only with our company. Before signing the agreement, we negotiate the price for the actually worked hours of the employee, which is formed individually depending on the qualifications, the scope of your enterprise, the location of the workplace and the options for employee’s accommodation.

The minimum rental period for one worker is 6 months, the maximum period is 12 months.

We will headhunt candidates for you, interview them and send you their CV for approval, we will also prepare all permits for work. Since we work with candidates from Ukraine, we will organize their arrival and provide them with housing, if necessary. Based on the hours worked per month, we will send you an invoice for the services provided. Our responsibilities include the payment of wages to employees and the payment of all taxes in accordance with applicable law.

If necessary, we will promptly replace an employee who is not suitable for you. After agreeing the candidates with you, an employee will start work during 15-30 days.

Our areas of activity are the following:

  • Workers in the food industry - working on the production line, sorting and packaging of finished products or individual components, labeling and palletizing of products, warehousing and transportation of goods, management and repair of production lines, as well as performing other kinds of work in production
  • Workers in the manufacturing industry - managing and working on production lines, completing and assembling finished products, installing and correcting the necessary parts and components, packaging of finished products and quality control services.
  • Workers in the cleaning sector - cleaning of office premises, corridors, stairs, hygiene facilities, adjacent territory. Dust removal, cleaning of sanitary equipment, waste collection and transportation. Keeping the assigned area clean. Cleaning rooms, changing bed linen, washing dishes.
  • Workers in retail space and warehouses - displaying goods, checking price tags, monitoring expiration dates, working in shops with finished products, marking and storing goods, selecting goods according to invoices.
  • Workers in livestock farms - cleaning corrals and common areas, cleaning feeders and drinking bowls, working on a feed dispenser and a telescopic loader, milking cows, corralling and driving livestock to the milking site, helping with childbirth, caring for calves, working on a grain dryer, performing auxiliary farm work.
